Blind inventor looks to the future

Despite the loss of a leg and his sight, nothing deters young inventor Mohannad Jibreel Abudayyah from pressing on. The 22-year-old space engineering student at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) continues his quest for knowledge and applies his almost limitless imagination to create practical solutions for everyday problems.

King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals announces student admission results five days prior to the deadline

King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals is the first university in the Kingdom to have announced the admission results for the academic year 1430-1431 making the announcement some five days prior to the deadline.

KFUPM student among the top 6 winners of Google Photography Prize.

Mr. Fahad Al-Daajani The Google Photography Prize is a global competition for students to create themes for iGoogle, run in collaboration with the Saatchi Gallery London. Google received over 3500 entries from 82 countries. The public voted to select the 6 finalists from a shortlist of 36 entries brought Mr. Al-Daajani to the top 6 winners and his photographs will be exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery London
